Puliyodarai Mix
 
 
Ingredients
Tamarind, groundnut, black gram dhal, salt, chilly coriander, seasame seeds, mustard, compounded asafetida, fenugreek, curry leaves and refined groundnut oil.

Receipe
This is a mix of tamarind, dhal and spices. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil., then add the Gubaki Pulliyodarai mix, fry for some time and then add the cooked rice . Mix well for 5 min and then serve.
