Take edible oil and fry mustard and chopped onions. Add vegetables / mutton / chicken. Then add Gubaki curry powder, salt to taste with necessary water. Boil for 15/20 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Gubaki Curry Masala can also be used to prepare Kurma, Gravy, Puffs, Cutlets and any kind of fried items.
