Recipe Bajji : Mix 200g of Gubaki Bajji-Bonda Powder in 150ml water. Make slices of either onion, banana, potato, boiled egg, cucumber or brinjal or pappad. Dip the slices in the mixture and fry in edible oil. Now the tasty bajji is ready to serve. This powder can also be used to make onion and cauliflower pakoda.
Bonda : Mix 200g Gubaki Bajji-Bonda powder with finely chopped onion 100g, green chilli-2, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and necessary water. Make it into small balls and fry in edible oil till golden brown. Now tasty bonda is ready to serve.
